$12.50 per sq. ft. 400-499 sq. ft.
$11.50 per sq. ft. 500-699 sq. ft.
$10.00 per sq. ft. 700-999 sq. ft.
$ 9.75 per sq. ft. Over 999 sq. ft.

*A premium of $125 per corner applies to space purchase of 100-399 sq. ft.

Payment Terms

A minimum down payment of 50% is required within (15) days of the issuance of an exhibit contract, with the entire balance due on or before December 4, 2009.
